Position:Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN
Responsibilities:Provide compassionate homecare for young adult patients, administering feeding tubes and medications (training available). Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through skilled nursing care, documentation via electronic devices, and collaboration with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:Hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; current CPR certification; TB test within last 12 months; reliable transportation; six months of nursing experience preferred but not required.
