The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery. The role maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

• Consistently execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior: empty garbage cans, clean floors, dust countertops and work areas.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area: empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose unwanted vehicle parts, and store tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly manner, shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre‑wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
• Clean exterior and interior of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport customer vehicles to sub‑let locations for repairs.

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Customer service skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Willingness to learn.

• Pulling/pushing, carrying.
• Walking 5+ minutes.
• Sitting and standing for 5+ minutes.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
• Operate a motor vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work near moving mechanical parts.
