We are seeking a Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee to join our Outpatient Team. Travel to other outpatient offices in Central Minnesota to serve clients may be required.

• Facilitate and co‑facilitate individual, group, family, and crisis therapies
• Competencies and ability to provide empirically‑supported psychotherapy to address a wide range of clinical and behavioral issues
• Provide intakes, diagnostic evaluations, and updates to evaluations
• Develop and implement a treatment plan
• Complete a Behavior Intervention/Crisis Plan
• Complete third party billing requirements such as obtaining prior authorizations and communicating with the billing office as necessary
• Collaborate regularly with both staff and community partners including schools, social services, court services, medical agencies, mental health providers, managed care organizations and the community at large
• Participate in the referral process
• Maintain necessary written records in accordance with NPMHC policies and procedures and other applicable regulations
• Provide crisis intervention services as requested

• Master’s Degree in the Behavioral Sciences field (e.g. Clinical Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work)
• A valid license in behavioral health without restrictions (e.g. LICSW, LPCC, LP, LMFT, NP) in the State of MN. Clinical supervision is available.
  License‑seeking trainees encouraged to apply!
• Experience with adults and children struggling with mental illness
• Competencies and ability to provide empirically supported psychotherapy to address a wide range of clinical and behavioral needs
• Excellent written (computer‑based) and verbal skills
• Valid Driver’s License
