Highland Senior Living is in Little Falls, Minnesota located religiously at off 3rd avenue, just down the road fromرافق’s! Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care Units, with a total size of 65 total units. Together we provide excellent care and support for our residents to Age Magnificently, check us out and join our team today!

Shifts Available: On-Call/Casual (all shifts)
HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 an hour- wage is based on experience
CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 an hour- wage is based on experience
Shift Differential: $1 for PM and $2 for NOC

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services includingimasut:

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Annual reviews with wage increases
