CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Little Falls, MN | Critical Access Hospital

Contract | Days | Onsite | Shift lengths of 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on need; various start times available. Weekend coverage expected approximately every third or fourth weekend. Holiday coverage based on departmental need.

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging across multiple care settings including ambulatory, clinic, outpatient, inpatient, ER, and OR
• Conduct advanced CT studies including CTAs in support of a stroke-designated facility, as well as trauma imaging for a high-volume highway-adjacent location
• Support orthopedic imaging and joint procedures in coordination with an affiliated orthopedic clinic
• Operate department equipment including Siemens 128-slice CT scanner, Siemens Ysio X-ray, Siemens MIRA portable, GE OEC C-arm, and Hologic Mini-C
• Utilize EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems for imaging documentation and archiving
• Float to assist with radiology injections and biopsies as needed, with training provided

• Active ARRT(R)(CT) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Solid, demonstrated CT experience; CT experience must be stronger than Mammography experience
• Proficiency in both CT and X-ray; ability to operate a C-arm in surgical settings for emergent cases
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates may not have been employed full-time, part-time, or PRN at any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity Health, within the past year

• Prior experience in a critical access or rural hospital environment
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS
• Experience with trauma imaging and/or CTA protocols
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, adaptable approach to a fast-paced, high-demand department

• Gain broad, diverse imaging experience across multiple modalities and care settings within a dynamic critical access hospital environment
