The primary focus of this position is to assist the Deli Department Manager in the successful operation of the kitchen. The Deli Cook is responsible for ensuring continuous delivery of exceptional guest service, superior quality and freshness of all products produced, preparing products for recipes, maintaining appropriate product assortment and levels in the hot case, promoting an in‑store selling culture, creating appealing product displays, innovative meal solutions, and understanding all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Assist the Deli Department Manager with daily kitchen operations to ensure high quality tasting, customer satisfaction, product quality, inventory management, shelf displays, and compliance with health and safety standards.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

USD $14.00 – $19.00 / hr.

• 10% employee discount on grocery items, with additional franchise‑specific discounts available at company‑owned Ace Hardware, Caribou Coffee, Erbert and Gerbert’s, and Pet Supplies Plus locations.
• Daily Pay – employees can access pay before payday.
