The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicate with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements.
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Ask to add value & Appreciate.
• Ensure customers have a shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; however, reading, writing, and counting skills are essential regardless of education level.

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts vary, generally no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required, sometimes for extended periods.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.
• Work surfaces are hard (concrete, asphalt), with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel support for district needs.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift/reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment effectively.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
• Operate necessary equipment (excluding forklift and baler if under 18).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Operate vehicle.
• Stand, walk, reach overhead, move merchandise.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina for store activities.
• This position is non-sedentary.
