F&I Manager

Camping World is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team.

• Select appropriate lender, secure approval, obtain customer commitment, and finalize delivery.
• Manage placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR.
• Assist sales desk in structuring deals.
• Consistently adhere to all F&I office process and contract flow.
• Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding with constant communication with the business office.
• Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations.
• Participate weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues.
• Assist General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience required.
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Effective oral and written skills, good time management, and professional presentation required.
• Strong closing skills necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to train finance and sales personnel.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.

A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $125,000 - $180,000 or more.
