Sales Representative, Sales Development Rep/SDR, Business Development, Inside Sales
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a key contributor to our enterprise-wide sales initiative. We are looking for someone with a proven track record and hunger for success in our industry. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging lasting relationships with our customers.
What You’ll Do:Take ownership of nurturing and cultivating relationships with prospects throughout their journey, from initial contact to post-sale support. Create a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of activity and opportunities for our sales team.
Employ strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets using outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques.
Communicate effectively with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our RV products and services.
Use provided scripts and talking points for initiating and receiving calls.
Make 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the primary goal of scheduling sales appointments.
Record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate data for follow-up and tracking.
Stay updated on marketing campaigns and promotions, aligning efforts to leverage their impact on lead generation and sales.
Track and analyze personal performance metrics regularly, including appointments, calls, sales, and customer engagements.
Work closely with the Sales Development Manager, be receptive to coaching, and aim to improve departmental success.
Help proactively manage online reputation through reviews and social media to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale.
Vin Solutions experience is a plus!
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Results-driven and motivated for sales
Excellent customer service skills
Strong time management to meet responsibilities and goals
Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
CRM experience and computer proficiency
Previous sales experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
