Responsibilities

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with leadership to set the restaurant's goals and creates a plan to achieve them. They lead a team of Department Managers, setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction. The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to maintain a strong team.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience running high-volume locations

• Background in quick service restaurants

• Experience in hospitality or retail

• Proven track record of coaching and developing staff

• High School Diploma/GED or higher education

• Excellent communication skills

Salary

The salary range for this role is $58,000 - $85,000. Starting salary depends on experience and location volume. Monthly bonus opportunities up to $1,000 are based on performance metrics.
