Audit Senior

Overview

Growing public accounting firm seeks an experienced Audit Senior to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This role offers a competitive base salary of $80,000–$95,000 per year, flexible work schedules, accelerated career growth, and an inclusive, hybrid work environment.

• Lead audit engagements for public company clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and audit standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing work papers and providing constructive feedback.
• Prepare financial statements, management letters, and partner briefing materials.
• Manage audit project timelines, budgets, and client communication.
• Stay current on industry developments, audit methodology, and regulatory changes.

• 2+ years of audit experience within a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA license preferred or active pursuit).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and audit software (e.g., IDEA, ACL).
