Position: Admissions - Extra Help

Admissions - Extra Help – University of Arkansas System, Pulaski Technical College.

Overview: Assist the Admissions Office in the admissions process by touring, recruiting, processing applications, answering phones, and performing other clerical duties as assigned. This temporary role supports admissions activities during peak periods.

Responsibilities
  • Tour prospective applicants and assist with campus recruitment events.
  • Process admissions applications and maintain records.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and provide information to prospective students.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Preferred:
    One year experience on a college campus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • General computer and web knowledge required.
  • Ability to sit or walk for long periods.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
