* Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education;
* Regular admission to a UA Little Rock graduate degree program or good standing with the UA Little Rock Graduate School for continuing graduate students;
* Ability to work the required hours (FT-50% - 20 hours per week/PT-25% - 10 hours per week) with regular attendance
* Notify the appropriate chair, graduate coordinator and/or supervisor when absent;
* Work with diverse populations;
* Coordinate long-term, multi-layered projects that require collaboration with others inside and outside of your office;
* Organizational skills to organize different projects;
* Be accessible to students or colleagues through email and scheduled appointments;
* Prepare materials as needed as determined by chair, graduate coordinator, and/or supervisor;
* Maintain records and meet deadlines as required by administration;
* Respect confidentiality of all individuals; comport with FERPA requirements;
* Assist with other duties as assigned.
* Ability to work without constant supervision;
* Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks;
* Ability to communicate both orally and in writing;
* Ability to use customer service initiatives to clients and the campus community;
