Customer Services Associate Fiscal Support Specialist
University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) offers a hybrid Customer Services Associate Fiscal Support Specialist position within the OPS | Campus Operations Parking Office. The role involves maintaining the Parking Office, providing excellent customer service, and supporting all aspects of parking operations across the UAMS campus.
Responsibilities- Maintain the Parking Office and provide accurate information while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with parking‑related inquiries and services.
- Handle scheduling, payments, and records for parking facilities.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments for parking system maintenance.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Attend ongoing training to remain ACIC/NCIS certified (within 6 months of hire).
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent formal education.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
