At McCarthy & Holthus, LLP, we are looking for a passionate, driven candidate to join our dynamic team in evictions and related banking law matters. With offices across Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Washington, we offer opportunities at multiple locations.

Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Summary

Perform crucial administrative and clerical tasks for the eviction process, including serving notices, processing legal documents, and managing court calendars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsels, and the court system.
  • Provide courteous communication, customer service, and timely assistance to borrowers, vendors, and attorneys.
  • Draft legal documents.
  • May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
  • May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
Experience and Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • Office environment or customer service experience.
Work Schedule

The work week is typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2‑3 days per week following a 90‑day training period and upon management approval.

Salary

The salary for this position typically ranges from $16.00‑$25.00 an hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. The final offer may differ based on internal equity and business needs.

Full‑time employees become eligible for benefits after a 30‑day waiting period, including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, EAP, STD, and LTD. Part‑time employees may have access to some benefits on a pro‑rated basis.
