Automotive Business Consultant – Role Overview

Join the Reynolds and Reynolds Company as an Automotive Business Consultant to help automotive dealerships improve efficiency and profitability.

• Establish professional relationships with dealership customers.
• Identify trouble areas and design consulting solutions using proven programs and industry knowledge.
• Follow‑up after project completion to maintain relationships and provide ongoing fee‑for‑service support.
• Drive consulting service sales by building trust and delivering results.

• 3+ years of automotive dealership experience (sales associate, service advisor, parts counter, controller/office manager, marketing associate).
• Dealership management experience preferred (sales manager, internet sales manager, business development manager, F&I manager, marketing manager, marketing director, parts manager, service manager, fixed operations manager).
• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s preferred but not required.
• Reliable home internet for video conferencing.
• Valid driver’s license; fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years; no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in last 5 years.
• Willing to travel extensively, up to 5 nights per week.
