Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Little Rock is seeking a motivated and experienced Auto Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary plus commission, no night shifts! We offer a flexible schedule and a supportive work environment. As an Auto Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various makes and models of vehicles, ensuring the highest quality of service for our customers.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and repair issues
• Communicate with service advisors and customers about vehicle maintenance and repair needs
• Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment
• Continuously develop and enhance technical skills through training and on-the-job experience
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Technician
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostic technology
• ASE certification preferred
• Ability to operate and understand various diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Must have own tools
