this is a support position of the emergency services section and is responsible for reviewing and preparing numerous monthly reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with laws and regulations, makes necessary corrections, and assigns file numbers.
these reports and files include purchasing, department uniforms, timekeeping, vehicle reports, law enforcement standards files, training files, and p-card allocations for a staff of approximately 47 employees. This position will also review and maintain various computer data programs, daily reports, incident reports and asset inventory. This position routinely composes correspondence and form letters, maintains activity logs and/or financial ledgers, and submits reports to their supervisor(s).
Maintains emergency services employee badging system. Assists in developing or revising agency/institution policies, procedures, and directives based on research findings and compiles financial information used to formulate budget proposals and monitor expenditures. Performs other duties as assigned.
these duties are not only critical to emergency services, but they impact the ability of staff in various park locations and sections to complete their assigned tasks. This position serves as a point of contact for incoming calls from staff and will be instrumental in helping provide routine information and guidance to employees.

summarythe administrative review analyst is responsible for the routine operations of the data processing division to help ensure efficient processing of workers' compensation claims and statistics. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
functionsgenerates and distributes various reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis and maintains daily log for jobs run. Answers questions from users and general public regarding the web page, web address, or various claim forms. Maintains office equipment and supplies to ensure that commission property is available and in the proper location and performs physical equipment inventory quarterly.
Responsible for daily submission of the backup program and system of rotating backup tapes to ensure files are retrievable for a year. Assists users with computer related problems or routes the problem to the appropriate party both within and outside the commission. Answers the telephone and routes to appropriate department. Performs other duties as assigned.

Ability to answer general questions on computer operations and in-house programs. Ability to perform physical equipment inventory quarterly. Ability to perform back-up tasks using a variety of software.
