This is a tax manager role built for people whose judgement is trusted and whose time is respected.

Too many manager roles come with responsibility but no real authority. You carry the pressure, smooth the problems and keep everything moving while decisions are made somewhere else.

Here, you are part of how the practice is run. Your input shapes processes, client approach and how the team operates, not just your personal book of work.

The workload is realistic and deliberately structured. Advisory time is protected so you can focus on higher value conversations instead of constantly being pulled back into compliance noise.

Unlimited PTO is genuinely used because deadlines are planned with realism, not optimism. Time off is expected and supported, not quietly discouraged.

Hybrid working stays consistent all year. It does not disappear when busy season arrives. Flexibility here is part of the operating model, not a seasonal perk.
