This position is based at our main campus in Boys Ranch, Texas, approximately 40 miles northwest of Amarillo. Applicants from across the country are welcome to apply, but relocation is required.

Cal Farley's Boys Ranch is a nonprofit child and family service organization that provides residential family‑style living in a rural setting for children in need of a safe, home‑like environment.

• Live in your assigned cottage, caring for up to eight children.
• Teach and lead cottage rules and daily routines.
• Provide encouragement, guidance, and counseling to residents.
• Participate in educational and recreational activities with the youth.
• Ensure all children’s physical needs such as food and shelter are met.
• Help children build self‑esteem and develop skills to overcome difficult situations.
• Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating appropriate behaviors and attitudes towards others.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in child care or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license.
• Age 21 or older.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
