The Regional Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating with the customer, vendors, subcontractors, scheduling, safety, quality, and managing multi-site construction management activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide leadership for the onsite construction team and oversight of the entire project delivery.
- Responsible for all scheduling and work coordination between customers and Lexicon, Inc. for all on-site work activities across territory.
- Responsible for the project schedule including deliverables from various suppliers.
- Responsible for coordinating with the client on possible scope additions or reductions and tracking any perceived back charges as they arise.
- Responsible for oversight to ensure the project team is reviewing all technical submittals and requests for information and that they are submitted and responded to by the owner’s Engineer.
- Coordinate and lead daily construction meetings with supervision.
- Responsible for following all aspects of specifications.
- Responsible for updating and verifying project progress weekly.
- Responsible for resolving all personnel issues and discipline problems in a fair and equal manner.
- Act as primary field contact with the customer.
- The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial construction project management.
- Must be familiar with OSHA and environmental requirements.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Procore, and Adobe.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States for our company without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Note:

- Overtime is required to meet deadlines. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to climb stairs, walk through the jobsite, and spend long periods of time on your feet.
