Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $/yr
Commercial Roofing SuperintendentJob Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a supervisory position on commercial roofing projects.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Extensive experience in cost controls.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
