STRUCTURAL is looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team performing work in the Little Rock, Arkansas area.

Construction duties include:
* Concrete repair
* Concrete demolition
* Concrete placement and finishing
* Waterproofing* Formwork / carpentry
* Rebar replacement
* Caulking* Expansion joints
* Coating application
* Carbon Fiber installation

Job Requirements:

* Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials
* 1-5+ years of prior construction experience preferred but not required
* Comfortable working at high heights as some projects may require man lifts or scaffold systems.
* Comfortable working on or around water as some projects may require this.
* Reliable transportation to travel to and from project sites locally and / or out of town (if selected for out-of-town projects)
* Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus
** Earn between $19-$25 per hour** (based on experience)**  $300 Signing Bonus**- $150 after 30 days of employment, $150 after 90 days of employment  Candidates must be team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.  Candidates must be safety-oriented in all situations and environments. Candidates must also be able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests.
