STARTING PAY OF $16.00-$19.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Fairway Corp is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers by providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. As a Customer Service Representative
, you will communicate via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide product and service information to assist customers
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable assisting customers outside of a call center environment
