** Job Summary
** The position of the Insurance Coordinator is to ensure insurance dental claims are paid in an accurate and timely manner. Below are just a few of the daily tasks and responsibilities this role requires.

The work requires that sensitive timelines be met so some flexibility in these responsibilities will be needed at times.
** Just a few of the Responsibilities
*** Working with payers to resolve claim issues
* Actively reviewing claims rejection reports and correcting any issues
* Actively work any insurance denials or no pays
* Researching outstanding claims & >30 days in a timely manner
* Submitting refunds requests for any payments made in error
* Submitting corrective claims for any incorrect procedures rendered
* Comprehensive knowledge of insurance plans, member eligibility and dental billing
** You Must Have
*** Some familiarity using Google suite.
* Strong problem solving and research skills
* Excellent communication skills
* High School Diploma or GED
** Nice to Have
*** Understanding of CDT Codes and 837 terminologies
