Job Summary
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute (WPRCI) are seeking dynamic faculty members to join the Division of Oncology within the Department of Internal Medicine. UAMS is on a trajectory to achieve NCI‑designated cancer center status, providing a vibrant academic environment and exceptional opportunities for professional and academic growth.
Open positions are available at the Assistant, Associate, and Professor levels, depending on experience, at the main academic center or regional affiliated health centers. Specialty areas include:
- Thoracic Oncology
- GI Oncology
- GU Oncology
- Breast Oncology
- Neuro‑Oncology
- Myeloma
Candidates must have an M.D. degree or equivalent, and possession or eligibility for medical licensure in Arkansas.
