- Manage multiple projects related to early childhood development and education, ensuring effective outcome measurement
- Lead qualitative data collection efforts, including focus groups and survey configuration
- Assist faculty with grant and contract report writing, adapting reports for various audiences
- Ensure compliance with UAMS policies and complete data collection for various projects
- Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of research experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the state of Arkansas
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Exceptional skills in scholarly and plain language writing
- Ability to work both in the field and remotely with stakeholder groups
- Experience in early childhood development and early childhood education research
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques to present research findings
- Previous involvement in grant writing or contract reporting
