What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs for partners and victim service providers
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning and development requirements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create educational content and materials
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommend improvements
  • Facilitate learning sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational psychology, education/teaching, human resources development, curriculum and instruction, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a training/learning and development role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Certifications in training and development
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Experience in designing curriculum and training programs
  • Ability to analyze complex information and develop tailored strategies
