• Provide expert support in process standardization and capability improvements in plastic processing and innovative technologies for injection molding operations.
• Serve as a technical resource to ensure injection molding operations process standards for Georg Fischer are compliant.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, plastics/polymer engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience in injection molding process engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience with semi‑crystalline and amorphous plastics and ability to process materials through various types (makes) of injection molding and extrusion machines.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing plastic processing, including shrinkage management, mold qualification, post‑molding operations, auxiliary equipment integration, and product testing.
• Experience with root‑cause analysis techniques.
• Ability to travel 50% or more.
