The EBanking Processing Specialist processes ACH disputes and daily
incoming/outgoing ACH Files from the Fed. This position processes daily
ACH same day transactions, returns, chargebacks, IATs, authorization
requests and exception items on a scheduled basis daily. The E Banking
Processing Specialist provides customer service to bank employees as it
relates to ACH services for returns and authorization requests. This
position serves as a backup for outgoing ACH Files submitted by our Cash
Management clients through the cash management portal.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* 1 Processes ACH disputes.
- Ensures timely processing of incoming and outgoing ACH files
- Responsible for processing ACH Returns, Chargebacks, IATs,
- Provides customer service for ACH Returns and Authorization
- Responds to requests and provides customer service to bank employees

** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*
* High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job
education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing,
clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc., plus 12 to 18 months
related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
** COMMUNICATION SKILLS*
* Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety
rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals;
ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
** MATHEMATICAL SKILLS*
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,
using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute
rate, ratio, and percent and to prepare and interpret bar graphs.
