The Fiscal Support Manager oversees daily operations of the fiscal support team within the Arkansas Department of Human Services, ensuring accurate financial transactions, records, and regulatory compliance. This role involves supervising staff, preparing financial reports and budgets, and providing guidance on fiscal management practices and systems.
Key qualifications:- Strong knowledge of cost allocation principles, PACAP requirements, and federal claiming rules
- Experience supervising fiscal staff and overseeing daily cost allocation or reporting operations
- Proficiency with AASIS/SAP/S4
HANA, AlloCAP™, CVT, EasyRMTS™, Allo Trac™, and related fiscal interfaces - Ability to analyze financial data, reconcile reports, and prepare compliant federal submissions
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; three years of fiscal/accounting experience; one year supervisory experience
