Revenue Supervisor​/Expert

The Revenue Supervisor/Expert is a leadership position within the Department of Finance and Administration's Revenue Division, responsible for managing operations, staff, and performance outcomes of a specific unit or function. The role combines technical expertise in tax or child support programs with supervisory responsibilities to ensure effective processing, collections, customer service, and compliance activities in accordance with Arkansas laws.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, economics, social work, or related field plus three years of related experience including two yea
• OR high school diploma plus four years of experience in customer service, bookkeeping, tax preparation, cash handling, data entry, or administrative support including two years in supervisory/leadersh
• In-depth knowledge of Arkansas tax codes, policies, child support law and regulations, or DFA procedures
• Skilled at analyzing complex tax or child support issues and interpreting regulations in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for working with taxpayers, customers, staff, and external partners
• High level of accuracy and integrity in processing financial data and managing confidential information
