• Exceptional Guest Care:
  Deliver world-class skincare treatments, customizing each session to meet guests’ wellness goals using Skin Authority’s products and protocols.
• Personalized Treatment Plans:
  Design and implement comprehensive treatment and home-care regimens to help guests achieve lasting skin health.
• Retail Sales Excellence:
  Educate guests on the benefits of Skin Authority products and integrate recommendations into their wellness journey.
• Add-On Expertise:
  Master and promote advanced add-ons to elevate each treatment.
• Guest Engagement:
  Build meaningful connections with guests in the lobby and during consultations to foster loyalty and rebooking.
• Professional Environment:
  Maintain a sophisticated demeanor and contribute to a positive, uplifting workplace aligned with Massage Heights’ standards.

• Licensure:
  Valid state Esthetician license and liability insurance.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year as a practicing esthetician with high-end skincare service experience.
• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills to educate and inspire guests.
• Sales Acumen:
  Proven ability to drive retail sales and rebooking through consultative selling.
• Professionalism:
  Polished presentation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Flexibility:
  Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Technical Expertise:
  Proficiency in advanced skincare techniques and a commitment to staying current with trends.

• Experience with luxury spa or wellness brands; familiarity with Skin Authority or similar high-end product lines.
• Certification in advanced treatments such as chemical peels or microcurrent therapies.

• Partnership with Skin Authority, a leader in science-driven skin wellness.
