• Provide direct supervision and support to registered behavior technicians (RBTs) delivering ABA services.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills.
• Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards.

• Current BCBA certification (required).
• Experience in ABA therapy; clinical leadership a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to client‑centered care and teamwork.

• Primary service area:
  Little Rock, AR.
• Hybrid model: in‑home in‑school services with flexibility for remote documentation.
