- Conduct and assist with laboratory experiments, including in vitro metabolic reactions and chromatographic analyses (e.g., HPLC)
- Process, analyze, and document experimental data; assist in data reporting and publication efforts
- Perform literature reviews to support ongoing research initiatives
- Maintain laboratory equipment, manage inventories, and order supplies as necessary
- Train new staff or students in laboratory procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- High School diploma/GED with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a research laboratory
- Basic knowledge of standard laboratory equipment and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field
- Experience operating and maintaining High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems
- Ability to move and clean laboratory equipment as needed
- Familiarity with general biochemical and analytical laboratory practices
