What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with faculty and research staff to initiate and manage Institution Review Board (IRB) submissions for human subjects research
  • Collect, process, store, and analyze grant and trial-related data
  • Follow specific protocols and maintain accurate documentation and records of all analyses and activities
  • Maintain logs for all equipment and manage supply and reagent inventory
  • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for research-related processing and analysis
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, anthropology, health science, or related field plus five (5) years of research experience, or
  • Master's degree in psychology, sociology, anthropology, health science, or related field plus three (3) years of research experience
  • Proven experience in data collection, processing, and analysis
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow specific protocols and maintain accurate records
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in clinical research or related fields
  • Familiarity with developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for human subjects research
