Location: Arkansas

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This telehealth role is designed for an Arkansas‑licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants steady clinical work without the overhead of private practice. You will provide virtual therapy, support clinical quality, and guide care delivery for a growing caseload. Your work directly impacts client stability, progress, and continuity of care.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Support clinical oversight and consultation for assigned cases
• Review treatment plans and progress notes for quality and compliance
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure consistent standards of care
• Follow Arkansas regulations and ethical guidelines in all services

• Active Arkansas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Prior experience with telehealth preferred
• Comfortable managing clinical decisions independently
