Visiting Angels is the family alternative providing non‑medical assistance to seniors, allowing them to stay in their home or maintain their current living arrangements in an assisted living facility or independent living community. We are seeking EXPERIENCED/TRAINED candidates with a passion to serve seniors. Candidates MUST have experience as a caregiver working with the elderly, other than family experience.

• Non‑medical, in‑home care and assistance to seniors and disabled adults
• Hygiene Assistance – Bathing, Grooming and Toileting
• Meal Preparation / Diet Monitoring
• Medication Reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Ambulation / Mobility Assistance
• Transportation, errands and shopping
• Companionship and friendship for seniors and other clients

• Ability to work in a personal, one‑on‑one care environment
• 1+ years of hands‑on experience, either in a private home or facility
• High school/GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable car and current car insurance

• Verifiable managerial references from previous facilities including names, phone numbers, addresses, and dates of employment
• Verifiable references from clients or a family member with phone numbers, addresses and dates
• Current certification as a CNA, HHA, RA, PCA, etc. is preferred but experience will be considered
• Alzheimer’s or other dementia experience is a plus
• Ability to pass criminal, DMV, sexual predator & terrorist background checks required

$11.25 - $12.50 per hour
