Catholic Health Initiatives - CHI St Vincent Health [Medical Records Clerk] As a Clinic Registration Rep at Catholic Health Initiatives, you'll:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, warmly greeting and efficiently triaging them upon arrival at the clinic;
Accurately update patient information in the HER system, ensuring all demographic and insurance details are current;
Assist patients with necessary paperwork & documentation;
Coordinate clinic appointments according to established protocols for various physicians and departments;
Answer phones, communicate with hospital and clinic staff, and address patient inquiries.
