Responsibilities:

• Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking area.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Maintain lobby, front door, bell stand, and luggage room cleanliness and order.
• Market the entire hotel when rooming a guest.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel amenities and layout, local attractions, and airport transportation.
• Read log book daily.
• Keep up-to-date on in‑house groups and functions.
• Issue proper luggage tags, store bags properly, and cross‑reference when issuing.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records accurately.
• Ensure deliveries/luggage are brought to correct rooms.
• "Posts up" – demonstrating a readiness to help.
• Facilitate prompt handling of guest luggage and needs during peak periods.
• Assist in the maintenance upkeep of the bell closet and carts.
• Work systematically so as not to lose luggage.
• Operate bell carts with care, so as not to damage property or cause injury.
• Deliver guest valet laundry promptly.
• Accurately give directions and information regarding the immediate and metro areas.
• Report tips daily.
• Be a positive thinker and company‑driven.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures.
• Ensure that all checklists and responsibilities are completed by the end of shift.

Wage Range: $11.00-$12.10 per hour + tips
