Legal Support Specialist

ATA Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Legal Support Specialist to work a short-term assignment in Little Rock, AR. This role is in-person, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, $15.00 an hour. Please review the job summary below for more information. We look forward to working with you!

• Review and record incoming appeals for employee grievances and other programs.
• Process incoming documents and correspondence for court and legal action.
• Answer phones and contact parties or customers regarding questions or issues related to employee grievances and other programs.
• Receive and process requests for parties regarding hearings for employee grievances and other programs.
• Issue and process subpoenas.
• Draft various legal memorandum and documents regarding hearings for employee grievances and other programs.
• Prepare faxes, copies, file and mail materials in a timely manner to comply with internal office practices and state and federal laws and regulations.
