HR Business Partner, Manufacturing (Little Rock, AR)

We are partnering with an organization in the Little Rock area to identify an experienced HR Business Partner to support operations at a key site location. This role serves as the primary HR leader on site and works closely with leadership in a fast‑paced, operational environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary HR presence for a site‑based workforce, supporting day‑to‑day people operations.
  • Partner with leadership to support business goals, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee and labor relations, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Support leadership‑level hiring efforts and provide guidance throughout the selection process.
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend practical, data‑driven HR solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies; collaborate with legal resources as needed.
  • Support training and leadership development initiatives and assess program effectiveness.
What They Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of HR experience
    , with significant employee relations exposure.
  • Prior experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or other operational environments is strongly preferred.
  • Broad HR expertise across multiple areas, including managing employee and labor relations, developing fair compensation practices, improving organizational effectiveness, supporting diversity and inclusion efforts, guiding performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Ability to partner effectively with leaders and employees across multiple levels and shifts.
  • SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within the first year).
