The Senior Product Designer will play a critical role in building and evolving innovative web products and features used by millions of our customers. Working closely with partners across teams and disciplines, you will ideate and deliver high‑quality design solutions that solve real user pain points and achieve key business goals. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are effectively translated into functional, cross‑platform experiences, while helping to grow and refine our design system.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Product, Marketing, and Sales to understand business requirements and create innovative, user‑friendly solutions.
• Translate insights from consumer research and analytics into evidence‑based design decisions that enhance the user experience and align with business goals.
• Lead product discovery efforts, conduct original user research, and generate and refine product ideas.
• Deliver high‑fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts, conduct usability testing, and iterate based on findings.
• Present design work to internal teams and senior leadership for feedback, alignment, and approval.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure the final customer experience reflects the intended product vision.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to ensure all visual assets and copy align with brand guidelines and direction.
• Ensure design execution aligns with contemporary best practices and delivers consistent, high‑quality experience across devices and platforms.
• Evolve and maintain a scalable design system of reusable components to reduce time‑to‑market and improve design and development efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field – or equivalent experience/certifications.
• 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong understanding of the end‑to‑end design process.
• Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating effective, user‑centered design solutions.
• Experience designing consumer e‑commerce or subscription‑based digital products.
• Solid grasp of user behavior, market context, and using analytics to inform design decisions.
• Experience with formal Product Discovery practices and collaborating with a broad mix of stakeholders.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying web analytics insights to design iterations.
• Proficiency in Figma and other industry‑standard design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
• Strong visual design and fluency in usability, information architecture, and responsive design best practices.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining robust design systems to support scalability and consistency.
• Proven ability to collaborate within multi‑disciplinary teams and work closely with developers to implement designs.
• Familiarity with agile development principles and iterative design workflows.

The starting compensation range for this job is $89,3000 to $117,200.
