The IT Infrastructure Analyst serves as the network and virtual system manager for the Public Service Commission's IT Department. The role involves designing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization environments while monitoring infrastructure health, performance, and security. Responsibilities include troubleshooting infrastructure issues, managing disaster recovery and backup processes, documenting systems and procedures, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure integrated solutions.
Keyqualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network administration
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
- Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and ability to manage multiple projects
