Residential Department Coordinator

Department Coordinator (Little Rock, AR)

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and collect, finalize, and submit job details for processing.
• Ensure customer COD payments are collected prior to job completion.
• Maintain technicians’ schedules by clearing completed job tickets and inserting open tickets for materials, billing, and voided tickets.
• Run, review, and manage department reports to ensure the department meets customer expectations and commitments.
• Assist with billing paperwork and meet customer billing document requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets to meet service dates.
• Work with the estimating team to provide service quotes when required.
• Assist field technicians with technical/mechanical troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in dispatch or other high‑volume administrative field work is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills focused on customer service.
• Good time‑management skills, organized, and able to multitask.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.
