Associate Attorney – Arkansas at Rubin Lublin, LLC

Location: Arkansas (Hybrid/Remote eligible once requirements are met)

Rubin Lublin, LLC is seeking a bright and motivated Associate Attorney with 5 years of experience to join our Real Estate Group
. This position will include responsibilities in litigation, title, and compliance
. The role may be hybrid or remote once eligibility requirements are met; however, the attorney must be licensed and located in or near Arkansas
.

• Manage litigation and title deadlines effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and responses well in advance of deadlines.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Appear in court and at depositions as required.
• Review title reports and related legal documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate case management.
• Maintain compliance with firm policies, deadlines, and client service standards.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Arkansas.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate and/or title law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, self‑management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
