We’re part of the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, with 175 independent and locally owned locations across the US, Canada, and Australia, and we’re known for revolutionizing the industry through the consistent delivery of our world‑class customer experience.

Compensation$60,000 to $65,000 (depends on experience)
Responsibilities- Supervising a team of 5+ truck team members and motivating them to achieve their goals with the assistance of the Director of Operations and Local Business Owner.
- Ensuring high‑quality execution for all jobs; monitoring post‑job satisfaction of customers and proactively addressing any issues that arise.
- Maintaining all information related to sales, estimates, job/truck, and other operational details entered in supporting information systems, ensuring all details are accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Performing office responsibilities and administrative tasks.
- Completion of staffing tasks including recruiting, hiring, and training.
- Involved with the development, onboarding, training, and career growth programs for new and existing employees.
- Achievement of all operational related goals and KPIs.
- Days will start at 7 a.m.; responsibilities may require some Saturdays, evenings, and after‑hours phone availability.

- 3+ years of General Management or Operations Management / Team Leadership experience.
