A very well established automotive service operator is seeking an Area Manager to lead multiple locations across Little Rock and Maumelle.
This opportunity gives you ownership of store performance and the chance to develop the managers who drive it. You’ll work directly with Store Managers and senior operations leadership to improve profitability, strengthen teams, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
Leaders from automotive services, retail, quick-service restaurants, hospitality, and other high-volume service businesses are encouraged to apply.
Automotive experience is helpful but not required.
Lead and coach Store Managers across assigned locations.
Own sales, store profitability, P&L performance, labor productivity, and controllable expenses.
Spend most of your time in stores identifying opportunities and helping managers execute improvement plans.
Recruit, develop, and retain managers while building a pipeline of future leaders.
Strengthen staffing, customer service, inventory controls, store readiness, and safety.
Review operating results and hold managers accountable for measurable progress.
5+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
Demonstrated success leading and developing managers across multiple locations.
Strong understanding of P&L management, labor management, and store performance.
Ability to turn business results into practical action plans and coach managers through execution.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel frequently between assigned stores, with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends.
2+ years of multi-unit management experience.
Background in automotive services, quick lube, retail, QSR, hospitality, or another high-volume service environment.
Experience supporting franchise operations.
Own business results across an assigned market.
Develop Store Managers and help employees advance into leadership.
Work directly with senior operations leadership.
Make visible improvements in store performance and customer experience.
