• Responsible for all blender changeovers.
• Responsible for accurately counting all colors and additives for inventory.
• Responsible for the daily cleanliness and organization of all the mezzanines.
• Responsible for changing and maintaining all external line blower filters per established frequencies.
• Responsible for checking the inlet and outlet pressures of the poly cool boxes per established frequencies.
• Accurately completes all paperwork as required, including Pre-Shift Equipment Inspection forms.
• Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
• All other duties assigned by the shift manager.

• High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• 1+ years experience in a Team Lead role in an industrial environment.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.
• Essential reading and writing skills are required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product.
• Ability to perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization.
