The Team Lead – Manufacturing is responsible for assisting in the daily activities of the P&A Operators and acts as a liaison between team members and the Production Supervisor.

• Assists with training new employees and ensures all employees are adhering to Manufacturing SOP’s.
• Completes hands‑on training checklist for all new hires.
• Trains on IQMS processes and scans labels from appropriate press.
• Trains on proper use of scan gun.
• Prioritizes and assigns work to Manufacturing employees, including machine assignments.
• Ensures all team members work is done safely, accurately and completed in a timely manner.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes recommendations for those improvements.
• Assists on machines when necessary.
• Provides instructions, follows up to ensure work is completed and gives feedback as needed.
• Reports issues (personnel, maintenance, production, etc.) to Supervisor.
• Ensures machine operators complete daily cleaning checklist and report any maintenance or machine issues.
• Assists other departments, or teams as needed to ensure the success of the company operations.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

• High school Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Previous team lead experience preferred.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous stand‑up forklift experience preferred.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods of time.
• Ability to continuously stack product above head.
